Twenty four anglers arrived at Cedar Village for the Wishmaster Memorial weekend and were greeted with cold and rain which was the mainstay for both Friday and Saturday with the sun finally breaking through on Sunday
Wishmaster Memorial Traveling TrophyOct 23rd, 24th, 25th 2009... I take my hat off to all that who fished the weekend without a roof on their boat.

The weather didn't seem to bother Kurt Milligan and his partner Neil Wenninger who were casting some islands nearby us on Saturday as if it was a sunny day in August, they did move a few fish and Kurt lost a large fish at boatside ,overall fish contacts for all were lean.

On Saturday morning I did manage to hook and land a very nice 48"trolling which proved to be the winner of The Wishmaster Memorial.

Once again Cedar Village put on a great spread for the Saturday night Buffet and I'm sure no one went away hungry.

Kelly Lord, who could not attend this years event as she has moved to the west coast, did send a message which was well received, thanking everyone for attending and for honoring Rolf for what he loved doing, fishing for muskie!

The winner of this years 50/50 Draw was Kevin Linder who graciously donated his entire 50% back for the charity (Thanks Kev!). Proceeds from the Event were donated to The Heart and Stroke Foundation (Hamilton Chapter) on Nov 3rd, 2009.

The winner of this year's Traveling Wishmaster Memorial Trophy is Joe Inrig with a nice 48 inch Muskie.
